The delivery company they use lost mine for a week one year, and they replaced my entire order at no extra cost so ensure fresh trees. Great service if you ask me
Here is a pic of the mixed grain and taller non grain variety I experimented with. Kinda cool. Also a nice buck using the edge it provides. It's like a magnet for travel. Going to get real creative with it next year I think.

Are the Genesis drills and the PH ones virtually the same? Is one better for one reason or another? What about landpride or great plains ?

I have 100-ish from this spring's mass planting but can't stand to intrude planting them right now. Think just planting them in a bundle in the ground would get them through winter for spring planting?
Bingo - all play a role but the days afield is HUGE imo.
None of this is new- but in my few county area of IL the Xgun has exponentially increased the days afield. Virtually all were gun-only hunters pre xgun, now hunt ALL Oct, Nov, Dec BUT with their same orange army standards. Most wack 2...
