Somthing happend to me last night on last sit of season that was a first. The first eleven (11) deer into the field were all antlered bucks. Nothing big but I was still flabbergasted.
They probably have a parcel or parcels in different names and claim to operate them as seperate farm units. Idk how you could ever police that. If done legitimately, it's legal.

Remove black plastic tubes. Mice will nest in it and kill trees (I started same way you did with drain tube before I learned lesson) . Use window screen stapled to itself or paint laced with cayenne pepper. I use a heavy layer of mulch for weeds and moisture retention
I'm not sure that's actually the case. They eliminated antlerless tags in western Iowa after last years EHD wipe out. So they were able to react the next season.
I run my cuddlink L cams as non-cell. Check one camera & check them all. I really like it. Zero cell expense. They run about $130 so maybe more than what you are inquiring about.
Stealth cam & Moultrie have some in the $70-80 range. I think Tasco has one for $40.
