Was setting traps this morning and saw a lot of bucks bucks up and moving around 10. 2 big ones for sure and multiple younger bucks.

Checked a cam today and found this...Don't know if its a mature deer or not? Only pic I got and he seems to have a nice headset?

No bashing at all, but I completely disagree... as what was stated above I have seen great deer movement before and after rain. I have shot great deer before rain and I have never needed a blood trail to find. On the other hand some deer if I would have never had blood I would of never found...

Just curious how many of you will be out setting traps saturday morning? Any goals for this season?

Little update: after four hours today and nothing to show, took the day off tommorow... going tobbe another long day

After 6 hours of searching came up empty. Needed to get home and dry off. Will be out tommorow as well.

I almost disagree, maybe area specific but late november when does start to bunch up...I see more big bucks and hear more fights. I have rattled some nice ones in too late november

Alright so here's the deal, I shot a good buck last night at 20 yards. Shot a tad low and maybe back a little but for sure hitting liver? When I first got down to grab my arrow I looked at the blodd trail the first five yards and he was pouring blood. We came back to trail 2 hours later anx...

Although its just a drizzle I'd get out there tonight. Was tracking a buck I shot tonight and within 2 hours of the light drizzle a lot of the blood was hard to pick up.

I hardly ever call anymore... usually just when I'm trying to get the attention of a buck.
