X2 on making your own scent...pretty simple actually...I have mine hung in an old shed atm. Throw some pine needles in them and your good. I honestly don't think there is anything that will work 100 percent.
I'm not to good with pictures but once you see a mature buck on hoof, I feel like you can just tell...just seem to have a big darker colered body to em.
I've shot all of my bucks during evening hunts, but I would choose mornings anytime. I've had blown opportunities and missed a lot of bucks in the morning. That and there is just something about a morning hunt that gets me excited.
Any guesses on age?
Only got one of this guy, wish I could see what was going on with other side.
I like his frame, would like to see how he turns out in a year or two.
Little one still in velvet pretty late.
Just some up and comers...
I set it up outside to try it out and it seemed supprisingly sturdy. The legs don't have any feet just kinda bare poles. I'm sure once add some weight it will stay down farley well.
I have a question for anyone that has purchased these. I recently purchased one for late season to help me take invintory on deer.. But to the point, has anyone ever had these blow over? It seems stable but in high winds I'm not sure if it will be blown over. Is there anything you guys have...
