Combined corn (~100ac of the 400ac farm). 1 acre of standing/mowed corn. They are hitting the radishes/brassicas hard in our foodplots. And we put out 5 small alfalfa bales for them. That seems like much less waste than rolling a big round bale down the hill. Plus we have a ton of hedge mineral...
With this cold spell, I’m seeing several new mature bucks that I haven’t seen before. I don’t recall this being the case in past years. Habitat and food work may finally be paying off! Hope they stick around for next year. :-)
