Whats the best herbicides to kill clovers? I have some clover plots that I want to turn back into cereal grain and brassicas. I tried spraying roundup and 24d and clover is still going strong.

What about spraying ground with 24d and roundup and drilling or planting seed right away? Will 24d injure the switch?

Do you need to wait to spray it before first flush of weeds if it's bare dirt or just broadcast now since we are getting rain? I'm thinking if I broadcast seed now I may run into issues in the future with weeds coming alive in seed bank. Thoughts?

Anyone have any ideas on how I could get switch to grow on a steep slope backside of pond dike? I'm afraid if I broadcast it will wash away and I will be hard to pack on a 45 degree steep of a slope.

Just had a conversation with a tree farm owner yesterday and he said it's best to put trees in the soil you will transplant them to. Makes sense and probably helps with easier adjustment to tree and less chance for transplant shock

Whats the best way to pot norway spruce plugs? Do you use regular dirt from the ground the tree will be transplanted into or use miracle grow potting soil? Never did this before.
