That's a huge problem we have to retaining youth for the future of hunting IMO. The kids don't seem to develop the same passion when their parents plow the road for them.

I haven't found any white oak (quercus alba) to have any acorns this year on my place, either.

350 for 3 hours on the pit boss. Put some oil on it with garlic/onion powder and salt/pepper. It was fantastic with a good crunch on the outside without being dried out. This was the thick “loin” portion off the side of a flat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
