I watched mature bucks breed does last Saturday and today.

I watched a mature buck breed a doe yesterday, so it is on in around here.

Mature bucks seem to be on there feet from what im seeing. Bloomfield has a motel/Restaurant and bar called south fork that you can probable watch the game at. It is on the south side of town across from pizza hut.

Right now with the cool weather I think every snake around is laying on the gravel rd getting warm. I can promise I saw over 100 in a 10 mile stretch.

I think it depends on how hard it's raining. I love hunting in a light rain, but downpours have always sucked for me.

I don't see a reason deer would have a fear of coffee scent. They are programmed to fear human scent. I would bet if you put a cup of hot coffee in your food plot the deer would be more curios than spooky. Problem is if they smell a coffee in your hand they will prolly smell you too.

I saw the same thing here after a 3 inch rain. I don't think they like any standing water on them.
