Wow you couldnt find anybody else to go with.Well atleast you wont have to worry about him being drunk at the classic,he is way to tight to buy a beer there.:drink1:
Its been that way for a long time.Im guessing its a typo.
But i suppose if you only had it officially scored by the iowa trophy records and not boone and crockett then it would never be an official world record.
Because once that shed falls off the deers head it is the landowners property.I dont know if damage to property would be right,But it is stealing in my book which is against the law.
What i have heard is that you can just go dig it up from the ditches and transplant it.I know a guy that went and put a bag over the heads and shook the seeds off also, but it didnt grow for him that way.
And if he find you with a 200 inch rack with no tag on it what do you think he would think.
I know a guy that found a 200 incher this year that had been hit by a car.He called the co and got a salvage tag for it.
I dont know if that funny feeling would get you off the hook.
If i wanted the rack and skull plate i would call the dnr and have them tag it.If not then i would just saw each antler off individually and take them home.I couldn't see putting a bow tag on a dead deer that might have been shot with a gun and not recovered.
I had the same problem on regular mode.I set the sensativity level to low instead of normal (On pauls advise) and now i dont seem to have a problem now.Even on field scan mode the camera will still take a picture if something walks in front of it so it might help to change the sensativity.
This thread is a little old. That being said i had skoal longcut straight in when i shot every deer the last 4 years and it never bothered any of them. But i still dont spit on the ground or throw my chews on the ground around my stand.
The urban tags that i have have the date right on the tags.9-10-2011 till 1-29-2012
Its the only way i know of to legaly be able to shoot a antlered buck after jan 10th.
There is no break between seasons.
it worked great.when you shoot it in the nose you will usually blow out the really thin stuff, but i didnt care about that.I had the two bones on the tip of the nose come off one time but can glue it back on with super glue and no way to even tell.I have done prolly 30 that way at the taxidermy...
