"FOOD" for thought??... CWD & Never eating venison again?!?!?

Yes I think that studies should continue. I doubt they test every single beef slaughtered. Ponder that undertaking for a second. Thirdly I once read(on the interesting LOL) that part of being kosher meat was that no bones were cut and only deboned meat used. May be hogwash May be true. It...

"FOOD" for thought??... CWD & Never eating venison again?!?!?

So we should worry more about eating deer than beef? Mad cow has infected humans. CWD not yet. How do we not know that millions of cattle aren’t processed for human consumption everyday that may have mad cow disease? Why are some hell bent on making CWD scary enough to get people to quit deer...

"FOOD" for thought??... CWD & Never eating venison again?!?!?

In reality Alzheimer’s is CWD. You go plumb stupid and waste away. My mother has went from 165 lbs - 82 lbs. More food for thought is that CWD is a tool being used by the “balance of nature” crowd. They want wolves in all 48 states. Think I am off my rocker? The CWD biologists are already...

    2018 Farm Bill

https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/USFSA/bulletins/1fbe78f We are on the verge of a bad drought in MO. I am not betting on any 200 bushel corn. In 2012 there was a lot of less than 2 bushel corn. If we don't get rain soon we may do it again.

    2018 Farm Bill

I thought we used to have about 44.5 million acres in CRP. With the way grain prices have went the last 2-3 weeks I am betting a lot of guys wish they still had CRP. If we keep having decent crops nation wide prices will keep falling or at least stay pathetic. I think getting back to about 45...

    80% sure

The black white black pattern on the back of the ears is pretty convincing for bobcat. I will be one of the first to jump on the cougar bandwagon if that is what I think it is. But pretty sure this is a bobcat. BTW I did see a huge cougar west south west of Lamoni IA about 10 years ago.

    Piebald doe

Could be from an injury that was frostbitten. Branding cattle with a freezebrand makes the hair grow in white.

Alternatives to mineral for camera sites??

Actually this would be one of the best things you could do. This would scatter the feed and deer would probably be picking up individual kernals, or at least small cobs. Why would this be better than a lick? There is a lot of "worries" that come into play with diseases of all sorts...
