    Moment of truth

Always stop them before shooting. It helps make for an easier shot. Sometimes I get too excited and don't stop them, that's when I usually miss! Turning your draw weight down the way you did should really help. Give him two days and get back in the game! 188

    Venison prep

I bought a pressure caner last year. I can venison in mason jars. I don't need to clean the silver off when I prepare it this way. It's delicious! Everything else that's not canned i remove the silver on. 106

    Ipad to check cameras

No doubt Mac's the best. I have a desk top Mac that I view my trail cam pics on. Very easy to sort through thousands of pics. The lap top will be for in the field use. The best of both worlds. It's not cheap but your getting what you pay for so its well worth it!

    Ipad to check cameras

X's 2. The iPad is great for importing low volume pics from your SD card. If your dealing with thousands of pics it's a dud. Really slow and extremely time consuming to delete thousands of pics. I'm going to purchase the Mac lap-top. You have 10 days to try it out from the date of purchase.

    Tick Allergy Article

How does someone spend time in the woods pull 30 ticks off themselves and NOT use a tick repellant spray? When temps are out of the freezing mode you'd be crazy not to use tick repellant when spending time in the woods.

    New bows

I have a Bowtech old glory with speed cams. It's 8 years old. My draw length is 28.5, 70 lbs and my 25 yard pin is good from 0-30 with very minimal compensation. Just ordered the hoyt carbon spider 34. I'm confident one pin sighted in for 20 yards will be good from 0-30. I'm anxious to see...

BOW GUYS HELP- 80 lbs bows & busting thru shoulders???...

If you want to break through shoulders look at the heads and shafts on alaska bow hunting supply as previously suggested. They are made for breaking and penetrating through bone on dangerous african big game. I use the silver flame 100 grain head and get great penetration. Haven't hit bone...

    Stolen Trail cam Davis County

Had my camera locked on my farm. Someone cut the lock and stole the camera. I'm guessing they had their pic taken and returned with bolt cutters. They can't use it without the pass code. Very annoying. Anyone else having cameras stolen in Davis County?

    Price of Broadheads

I stepped up for the german kinetics or silver flames. Reason being great fixed head that flies like a field tip at 50 yards and probably further. Most all my shots are close but want to be able to reach out if necessary and have TRUE flight. I agree with what others stated. If your only...

    Rage hypodermic

I just purchased the silver flame broad heads 100 grain. 1 1/8' cutting diameter. Borrowed two from a friend and they fly great to 50 yards. Didn't shoot past that. Very expensive. About 3x's cost of Rage H. Excellent head will penetrate both walls of a 55 gal steel drum and keep going...
