    ND pheasant ?

Bird Numbers are good this season. Not as good as they were 3 years ago, but that was record numbers.....these last 2 winters have thinned out the numbers some, but there are still lots of birds to chase. I hunt in the central part of the state and we had no problem finding lots of birds to...

    Tagged out in ND

This story starts out a few years ago when my good friend Scotty and I started to bow hunt together. His family about 25 miles from my hometown and my family has land about 90 miles away. We would swap weekends and alternate hunting each others land. It always seems like the other guy has more...

    muck vs lacrosse

I have owned a pair of Lacrosse boots for 7 years and I have zero complaints.. They have a lot of hunts and miles on them and they are holding up great. I think they are the Alpha Burly model with 1,000 grams. I would like to try the Muck boots as well, but have to say that my lacrosse boots...

    N.D. Deer Licenses Down

The Doe tag numbers needed to be dropped in a bad way. I am glad they finally did this. They left the buck tags the same in my unit which was the right thing to do. The doe tags have been very high for the last 5 yrs. I know guys that had 15 doe tags to fill each year. They cut the doe...

    S.D. & Problem Geese

I'm surprised they don't already have a season. ND has had an early Canada goose season for 7 years or so. It runs from Aug 15th - Sept 15th and the daily limit is 5 geese. This is a great season as the local birds are easy to decoy and most are 10lbs +.
