As others have said they do not go directly against your record, but if they go unpaid I believe they will keep you from registering that vehicle until paid. I am ok with the camera's in cases where they put them in school zones or dangerous intersections for safety reasons. Out on the open...

Good luck to you too!! Same here, with the hill climbing. Down 39 lbs myself. Lost enough some of my older gear didn't fit any more and had to buy new. We went with a guide as to learn some tips and pointers to do DIY hunts in future.
