    Timber Stand Improvment

Hackberry is a tough tree to kill for sure. Chomping at the bit to get in the woods! But I don't feel like wielding a chainsaw around in a foot and a half of snow too much work.

"FOOD" for thought??... CWD & Never eating venison again?!?!?

The whole subject is quite scary. Don't know exactly what to think about it. Hasn't been found anywhere near me that I know of but I'm sure it's on its way. Got me thinking how many rabbits will it take to make 50 lb of ground. I do have really good rabbit habitat. [emoji848] Sent from my...

    Cleaning a breech plug

I will add, Make sure it is the correct size drill bit. My CVA Accura was very specific about the size. This might be obvious to most, Don't put the drill bit in a drill! Just thought I'd throw that out there.

    Cleaning a breech plug

Great information. I do one thing different, I use the correct size torch tip cleaner for the flash hole.

    TC omega question

Measure Blackhorn by weight , not volume. When I did volume ,it was very inconsistent. Had a tendency to Settle differently every time when I was measuring it out. For me 80 grns by weight and 290 grn Barnes TEZ are money. Out of a CVA Accura. As stated above, you will love the blackhorn 209...
