I hunted the area close to where the buck started back in the day.

Depending when you called, they are open from in the morning for several hours and then like 4-7 pm in the afternoon.

They stopped the 24 hour drop off during gun season.

Make sure you have plenty of orange on being on public and a big tree to sit or lean against for a backstop. Go deeper than most people will want to walk.

Like you have seen from all the posts, it can happen to any one of us. Get back in the stand as there will be more hunts and deer to pursue.

Did a sit yesterday afternoon and saw a doe with two fawns, several other does moving through the area and a couple of 2 1/2 year old bucks cruse through along with several younger bucks.

Was strange to see no movement at this stand. As far as food, they just picked the corn in the past week that neighbor's this property.

Was out yesterday afternoon and was the first sit where I saw no movement at all.

Quite a few young bucks cruising and chasing today and had a nice 10 that almost allowed me a shot,

Hunted SW Warren County all last week and was pretty much the same on both farms with bucks of all age cruising and scent checking any does in the area. Only saw one buck earlier last week chasing a doe.
