Also, watch this clip if you go with them, it will help you tremendously with the tension spider clips and understanding the broadheads.

I bought a pack this year...and love them so far. Haven't had a deer trail over 100 yards yet, which shouldn't be the case with any well placed shot. Pulling 65 pounds, I have had one yet to fail to open. Resharpeded two heads 3 times using a ceramic and carbide sharpener from Smith Industries...
Might get them into the mood, looks like "partner" is out crusing to find that first doe available.....hopefully there are more in the area doing the same. Definitely noticed a lot of "swelling" going on in the last week or two.
hmmm I'm gonna go pop some popcorn and see how this pot gets stirred.
FYI, I have shot 5 does already and plan on our group taking more during gun seasons. 4 came off my personal farm, and 1 off a farm I help maintain....I can promise you come shotgun through late rifle, there will be some...
Steve Conner in creston. If you get your early deer into him, he said they will be done by turkey season almost every year. Later deer, he can usually get them done by then, but might be just after.
Not Lurks, but it was someone's in that ring. Good memory! He killed that deer I was after last year...watched the bow madness episode this year where he harvested it. Kinda weird to see a deer you put a ton of effort into get shot on TV. Jared actually killed that deer several miles from this...
:drink2: those never make it back to school...always went to the processer before I got back into town. Blood all over the trunk and back window does turn a lot of heads though....kinda worries me that some day I'll get pulled over thinking that I'm a murderer or something.
For those that...
Careful with your words when it comes to that. You are much better of asking him to leave respectfully and then if he doesn't leave that the authorities will be notified of a tresspasser....if you make a threatening gesture to him, or threaten him, things can be quickly turned around and you...
I just finished up at Northwest Missouri State this last year...I lived off campus in apartments but we would be out there or at a buddies cleaning ducks and geese almost every night. The most we ever got for looks was from the landlord when he would dump the dumpster..."Man you guys sure do...
Tryin' to get her first deer....other than with a car haha
X marks the spot.
View through the valley....
A doe that got a free pass....wacked one that was with her a few minutes before this...
when sitting over beans the other night the deer actually stayed in the edge of the field and ate acorns...didn't touch the beans. The next few nights I sat under acorns, and could shoot to a different bean plot. Killed a doe in the beans and one in the acorns the next morning.....
all of our pictures have been before 730-8...especially bucks. Evenings are like 6:45 - 8...and bucks not moving till after 11 in the evenings. We will be out in the AM till 9 or 930....and evenings 5 pm - shooting time.
Both does that I have killed have been like right at 7 pm. Seems like...
I think i shot just shy of 13 boxes of shells....so 300+ rounds. all the rest of our guys were right around there too with 11-15 boxes.
Haha your gas prices were not fun. It was a 1.19 a leiter where we were so its was high, but not the highest around from what we saw...it was a sweet sight...
