Yeah, up gives you the least chance for contact but most rests will allow either without making contact unless you have an extreme vane height.

AZ, The Pro series never used to come with the lineman's strap but instead you had to buy it separately for $40. Evidently enough people complained because now they are including them not only with the lightweight vest but their site indicates that it's also included with the Pro series vests...
