Hunting around Thanksgiving can be very good! Most of the does have been bread and the bucks are out looking again. My tip would be to continue to hunt around bedding areas in the morning and food sources in the evening. I have found that rattling is not a good thing to do late. But grunt calls...

Looks like young Honeysuckle to me. It is thick in one of the timbers I hunt.

Nov 3 - 10 are the best days. About 10 years ago a guy on this site went all the way back and graphed all the bow kills on this site. The peak was Nov 7th!

we have a Bantam 20 and the Knight Littlehorn. The Bantam has a pretty good kick. The nice thing about the Littlehorn is you can load them down to 50g when the kids are little and powder it up as they grow.
