I went to look for him the next morning and he was up and grazing in a pasture about 150 yards from where I shot him. I buddy and i chased him around...

    Shed Home Costs

I built mine in 2012,not a traditional shed house but close. I did a 36x36 story and a half barn, 14ft side walls. My wife has horses so the down stairs is stalls and a tack room, laundry room with half bath. Upstairs is one bed one bath with open kitchen dining and living room. I was at around...

    Pond and Plot Thread

I think I mentioned this in the other thread, I would use a Kentucky bluegrass perennial rye mix with some clover mixed in. More of a lawn type seed but stays lower and the deer will like it.

Are the cedars big enough to log? Might be worth a call to your district forester to see if there is any market for them.

    Drilling into mowed pasture

I use a landpride seeder at work(sports complex) to seed into existing grass. It is a solid stand seeder, has slicer knifes that cut through the sod. Works great to interseed grass and should work for what you want. Mine is 4 foot wide but it will seed as fast as the tractor will run. Sent...

    Deer With an Irregular Growth

A guy I know has pics of one with a growth like that since it was a button buck. Was 3.5 last year and 170-180 class deer. Obviously not hurting antler growth on it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Any Pond Experts?? Moss Problem..

That looks like blue green algae witch grass carp don't really eat. There are chemicals that will control it without harming the fish unless you kill too much at once and deplete the oxygen. Contact Zimco in Des Moines, they are a fert and chemical supplier for golf and sports turf, they should...

Pond Dam and Surrounding Ground Cover??

If you want to be able to mow it and walk around it I would go with a Kentucky bluegrass perennial rye mix, same thing you would seed a yard with. I seeded my pond dike with that and some clover mixed in and the deer like it.
