If the image quality on those cameras blew you away...stay very very far away from Radix Trail Cameras...your head may actually explode. Seriously...don't do it for your own safety. You have been warned.
I'm heading to Northern Saskatchewan in May on an archery bear hunt. Never done anything like that before. Anyone here have experience/advice as far as "must have" gear, things to do/not to do, getting meat/hide back home, etc.
I have a stand on the edge of a level B road. Landowner owns both sides of the road and the deer use that road like you wouldn't believe...but that road probably sees 2 cars per week, and only when it's dry.

355 people have joined in 24 hours...that speaks volumes. I actually got a phone call from a Facebook Friend that lives in Iowa asking me what the page is all about. he had absolutely zero idea any of this legislation was happening, which is honestly scary. There are undoubtedly thousands out...
Received another email response a few minutes ago from Senator Tim Kapucian. He said his understanding is that the bill is not going to advance. Sounds hopeful, but I'm skeptical until I see the vote.
Some positive news this morning. of the three subcommittee members, I figured Claire Celsi would be the toughest nut to crack...but she emailed me a few minutes ago...this was her response.
Jordan:

Yea so there was an attempted shed antler caper masterminded by a well known antler buyer....fasten seatbelt...this is a copy/paste from Facebook, not my words.
Ron Nixon, a fairly well know antler guy, last year bought a giant set of farm antlers from a preserve in Michigan and stashed them...
You should read Jays Facebook post. He absolutely said the mount was how the antlers should have been, and that they actually should have been even wider.
