I use bulk curing salt Morton's tender quick a Cajun seasoning from cabelas a little liquid smoke and any other spices I find in kitchen that sound good then my secret weapon a little scorpion pepper dust. Everyone I have let try it says its wicked good

Just to clarify the accura v2 has an adjustable trigger which the optima v2 does not they both have the bergara barrel as far as I know and the v2 optima stock does kind of have a more rubbery feeling stock not cheap plastic feeling
