i love it when a NR realizes the IBA isnt trying to "keep everyone out". the limits and regulations are what has iowa where it is today. i wish our neighboring states would take the guns out of the rut also. their herd quality and hunt quality would skyrocket

on the surface, i would agree with youth BUT once you get a kid hooked on crossbow hunting, you are just planting the seeds for a whole new generation of kids growing up, and wanting to add them to the archery season.
