What are guys favorite settings? Pic vs video? Delay between pics? Video length? Number of pics shot at once? Interested in what other like compared to what I have been doing. I mainly do pics with one shot and short delay. Just started playing with video but not sure what video settings...

I must say I do miss the app and how easy it was too check in. However the app wasn't maintained at all. I am getting more used to the mobile site now. The site upgrades helped me to be able to see the pics much more reliably.

Try using a different memory card brand. I had an issue and I think it ended up being that the cam didn't like the memory card for whatever reason and because of that it was eating batteries.

I have used extra safety belt straps and used an old tree step or something attached that you don't have to screw in. Usually attach with wire homemade hanger. Use the same strap to hang my pack off of too.

I have tweaked my setup shooting style a bit this summer. Changed my anchor point and using a hand held release. Thinking I should switch up my stabilizer. Shooting a doinker chubby hunter I think. Very short. Looking at longer 6 - 9 1/2 inch range. Limbsaver maybe. Thoughts on good length...

I have uninsulated danners and really like them. I have a pair of the meindel Cabela's in a shoe for work and really like those. I will be trying their hunting boots next time I am in the market. Just pay attention to make sure and get the correct size.

Wooltimate is fairly heavy and very warm. In 45 it will be overkill for sure. I like it but for colder weather.

So with all the talk about bh209 and 777 pellets and cleaning does anybody still use pyrodex pellets? And if not why? More for accuracy or cleaning???

Never shot the hornady sst but the xtp is accurate. Does anybody shoot those and have expansion issues with them? I haven't noticed a problem with them and am curious now on others opinions...
