Ok, I found out a quad will not work with a 3 point spreader. I'm wondering about the devices they use to spread salt/ sand in parking lots? I think they go into your truck bed.

Does a 3 point spreader go behind a quad? Also what's a better lime? Pell or Ag? I've got 4 acres to do. Test was 4.7 ph.

Gosh, I didn't know that you could wash them up and still be good. I usually sprayed all my Turkey hunting clothes and wore them for every outdoors/ woods activities. May not of smelled great, but that's how it went down.......

Lucky 13, sounds really good what you are doing. Protecting young bucks is a great idea. My neighbors shoot everything and that really hurts. I shoot maybe 1 buck every 4 years is all. Let many bucks go only to never see them again. I've been doing clover on mine and beans just to " keep them...

I've hunted both and southern Iowa outweighs ne iowa. I'm closer to ne Iowa so hunt there most, but southern Iowa has bigger racks. Lucky enough to have taken 1 over 200" and that was over 15 years ago.

I think water hemp is fairly resistant to round up. Probably go with 24d In another area I have grass growing in the brassica's. Is there anything to spray to kill the grass and not the brassica's?

Well, bad news. I checked on the plot last night and probably 95% weeds. Never had this happen before. Mainly a new weed for me called water hemp. Depressing all that work and basically a waste of time.

What type of limestone do you mulch with?
