I know there weren't any changes, I wanted to see what the actual proposed changes were, before Branstad figured he knew more than the biologists.

Could any one help me find what the DNR's proposed changes were for this year? The links I found in the search here, go to the old DNR site, and I couldn't find them when searching the new DNR site. Thanks
