Whether it’s an Anti or NR, the amount of hunting will be about the same. The NRLO will find someone who has no interest in hunting and grant them permission. That’s all that’s required, whether or not they go, they had permission.

Maybe it has changed then. I’ve never purchased a tag for youth season because I was told that we had to follow the rules for the season it was purchased for. The tag was good for any season but I couldn’t carry a weapon. I will ck with the local officer and see what I’m told now.

The FAQ at the bottom of your link states that there is a jag accessory that attaches to the ram rod. You then shove it back out the muzzle. Sounds simple enough. Another question would be: do you really need to remove the bullet? Remove the charge and you’re safe.

Let’s throw this out there also. A group of nr’s get together and purchase a decent chunk of ground. They then form a guide service. Now they are guaranteed tags every year without paying for a guide. The company is just a shell to guarantee tags for them and their friends.
