I was worried about the forecast and work schedule Monday & tuesday 80's (off) to hot to hunt Wednesday & thursay 60's (work) Nice enough to hunt Friday, saturday and sunday 70+ (off) more than likely to hot to hunt. I just thought that I was not meant to hunt in good...

The group I usually go with shot 71 ducks sat. and sun. I didn't go either. I always miss the good stuff. Last year they limited out with 60 birds in 2 hours.

Just found out that the field we are hunting was just recently chopped and had over 500 geese in it 2 nights ago. We are heading back down tomorrow to scout it a little bit more. Keeping my fingers crossed. Thats alot of dumb resident birds right there.
