I am not saying that one must only do weight lifting. I run and work cardio as well. All I am saying is that lifting weights too won't hurt. Also since I am coming off a broken vertebrae in my lower back, I need to strengthen my back and other core muscle, running and biking won't do that...

I have been up to Canada three times on my quest for a nice black bear. I finally stuck one! Although not that giant no brainer I was holding off for, I am defiantly happy to have stuck this guy! Squared at 5'9" and weighed 225!

Thanks man for looking out for me! After talking to the guide we won't need much for packs since we will be staying in his bunk house every night. I have a few day packs for everyday use and I ordered a Badlands Frame pack for when the work starts.

I would say put your jake out, and be patient. To many people give up way to soon. Just because the ones you see are gone,doesn't mean they won't come back or you aren't call a different one in.

I have a bunch of euro mounts around the base of my deck. We are going to get a puppy so I am looking to get rid of them . None are real big. Are they worth anything? I can up load pix once summer comes back!
