He is right they are out there. I just closed on a nice little 63 acre chunk in wapello county yesterday. Good area that will produce but not a managed area.
You obviously live by Pella. My parents farm is just across the dirt road from the 40 . And I’m pretty sure it was 9k an acre, they offered it to us for 10k an acre before it hit the market.
I have never heard more deer sneeze in my life as I did the first couple weeks of season. But I don’t think it killed any at least I haven’t found any.
Raccoon damage on farms yes I’ve seen it in some of our farms. But comparing that to what the deer do to our crops down in Davis and Van Buren is truly laughable. Give me a break
I’m just curious how many in here that are against crossbows are now fine with and have 350 legends 450 bushmasters and enjoy using them now that they are legal. Or even the guys that love their smokeless muzzies in a primitive weapons season which put a lot of center fires in second place for...
Not going to send a comment since I obviously am not the norm in here and what happens happens but I would be happy to be able to use a crossbow late season with my bow tag. Some extra range late season over plots would be great.
