You are 1000% correct. Farms would be chopped up into whatever the minimum acreage required to get a tag. I personally really like my “resident” neighbors also. I’m using that word very loosely. They put the money in and manage their ground very well.

I don’t think it would work that well personally and if you caught the right rains you might get something to come up otherwise your just wasting time and money.

It all depends on what your tractor can handle. Also we do a lot of large plots so if your doing just some smaller plots and have narrow trails through the timber the tiller might be the way to go. It was just to slow and time consuming for us.
