Shouldn't be at all. We basically have no snow and there is lots of good food close by. I went by the yard today where the bags came from and the leaves are from huge cottonwood trees. They sure like them.

Bout 7 years ago, a terrible cold front/ blizzard set in. This fawn layed down in front of my cam and over the course of several hours basically got covered with snow. It finally stood up to shake off the snow. Purdy neat capture.

It sure was a fun few years when I guy could get over 100.00$ for a good coyote. Can't hardly give them away now.

Looks like great cover. If you did this along the outer boundaries, I'd do the same thing in pockets on the interior. Then just hunt the fringes.

And here I'm am with WAY to many deer around. If we keep getting these mild winters, Mn can once again become a top tier whitetail state. Amazed at how many bucks are around.:) And some real dandies.
