Go to a bow shop have them put in a standard peep. Shoot it there 10 or 15 times if it turns a little have them fix it and shoot 10 more times. Do this until it stays.
If I were you I would go 3 pin and set them at 20,30,40 then you can split the pins on 25,35 yard shots and put your 40 about 3/4 the way up the body on a 50 yard shot. Less pins less confusing.
The picture looks like a standard Z7. If its an Xtreme it will say it on the limbs. They didn't make a 80 pound limb for the Z7 or the Z7 Xtreme What is the draw length and max weight?
Your shooting a right hand bow. Center an object in a triangle in your hands. Close one eye at a time which ever eye the object stays centered in is your dominate eye.
