I would have to agree with you. From reading post on here and couple other websites. When folks are talking about managing a healthy deer herd, I get the feeling they're complaining more about not seeing bigger, older bucks. Hence the comments about the orange army's mentality if it's brown...

The one I saw had anchors, but I'd want to have it on level ground versus and sidehill. I just know how top heavy they are unless maybe you put a lot of weight in the bottom?
Not that I agree or disagree, but you need to look at the farmer's view also. I'm a hunter, not a farmer who owns land, or a farmer who pays cash rent and doesn't like crop damage.
First time in 51 years I’m not hunting 1st season. With the change in tags, I’ll just wait for late muzzle loader to hunt. Seeing a good number of deer last time checked the camera, so pretty sure I’ll still see dear.
I usually open up my far window and yell or give a few yips. My blind is out in the open on the edge of a hay field, so not a lot of cover. I've scared them off and next time I hunt had deer feeding and laying down 30 yards from the blind.
