The part about a certified dog and handler pretty much makes this bill a business opportunity for some but almost worthless to most everyone else.

I could see maybe allowing IR illuminators for night vision since its not even really visible to the naked eye but definitely not spot lights or spot lights with red or green lenses... Especially now that Ive already dropped the coin for a thermal scope dangit
