Ah, that changes things a bit (NW Minnesota vs IA). From what little I know about Northern MN land values, they differ dramatically from IA. Still, sounds like an intriguing opportunity.

Glad to hear you avoided a permanent injury or impairment. Also glad you had the courage to share you story with others. We all need reminders that things don't always happen to "the other guy".
Whether it's a bypass surgery needed when no symptoms were present (myself) or a scary fall from a...
Agreed, it was my understanding that CRP rates move in a delayed manner with rent rates. Financially, it may in fact be a good time to lock in some marginal acres at decent/higher CRP rates in the near future.
Again off topic, just stating that from a global perspective in the next 24+ mths...
Maybe a bit off-topic but increasing CRP rates at a time when world grain supplies are being constrained by the war seems counter-productive. It sounds like low-income countries are in for a very tough period in the next 24 mths as it pertains to food supplies for their populations.

Yes, that parcel has escalated in price substantially in recent years. Curious to see what eventually happens on this listing.

I appreciate the comments confirming my suspicion about aiming more for the shoulder. Its hard for an archery guy to get that into his thick head.

Chart says 1,730 fps. Bullets are 285 grain Spitfire MZs, pushed by 2 White Hot pellets (100 grains total).

Many guys I know and who's opinion I respect said the same thing as you, weird. I went with the non-polymer tip for the reasons you stated.
Must be the shooter....lol.
I am mainly an archery guy but my daughter does like to shoot the CVA.

I know there are many fans of Barnes bullets on IW. Sunday night I shot a doe at approx 60 yrds, broadside thru the lungs. The blood trail was horrible. Entrance was 6-7" behind the shoulder, exit was about 8" behind the shoulder. The bullet broke a rib on the far side but went between the ribs...
Just an FYI, some of those church holdings were likely given to a church foundation as part of an estate plan. That is how my church "acquired" its farmland. Also, in some cases the donor restricts the ground from ever being sold.
Now if a "non-profit" entity is acquiring and being an active...
"Close to 40% of every US dollar ever put into circulation was produced in the last 18 months. Think how crazy that is for a second..."
Yes, I had been told a similar statistic a few months ago and thought it was false but later read confirming information regarding M2 money supply. It's nuts...
