:way:Long story short......my muzzleloader's scope rings had a screw pop out and I ordered a new piece. The problem is that I will be using it this Saturday and if the part don't come tomorrow, I won't be able to shoot it and make sure the scope is still on.
My question is..............how...
Like most say, you hit the deer bad. Broadheads hitting the right place will put them down everytime. It is simple biology. If you got shot in the heart and lungs, you will die without doctors help and a miracle. Deer don't have this option so they will die everytime if it hits something...
Looking at getting new doe piss. Any out there that are tried and true?? I have used many kinds and have mixed results with them all. If I am going to go through the effort in using it......what scents to you guys use?
Thanks in advance for the replys.

Hillrunner,
As long as there is enough depth to the pond, it will be suitable to keep a fishery. Shallow ponds can result in a winter fish kill due to the dissolved oxygen depleation. Vegetation although nice to have is not needed for fish to live. Vegetation can save alot of your forage...
Right on. I had a honda. bullet proof. Pull your asses are everywhere. Mechcanics around here say that those keep them in business. But I love my suzuki too. Both are great but you still see honda 3-wheelers running around farms from the 80's.
Thats what I fig'rd you were talking about with the 180inch. You have shot some dandies man. And your hard work is paying off. I wish I had more time to do more on my land. good luck skip
I agree with shooting does to keep the ratio in check. I don't agree with shooting them late. Like others said, those does could be carrying the best genetic buck on your farm's kid. Shooting old mature does that have older genes would be best too. imo.
One question I have is what doe it...
It is funny how farms are diff like that. Even when I bought my farm in 07 the deer had tall tight racks. didn't get any bucks with spread bigger than 17in or so. now there seem to be more wider bucks on cam and visually seeing.
I planted 3yr old red pines last season. Can I spray them this year to kill any competing grasses or will I kill the trees?? Some people say after one year you are fine, but I want to make sure.
