If you can afford spending around $200.00 look into the Thompson Center Impact. Non of a youth model, but a compact gun. My son was small for his age at 11 and it fit him well.

Global warming is measured over a span of time not just a year or two of changes. Can't stand Al Gore, and know a couple good science teachers who can't either, but they say global warming is and has happened.
