what i mean is if you are supposed to separate the different crops...lets say just for the sake of conversation that you spilt your "acre" into what would like a checker board, then it wouldnt take very much seed to accomplish each square, correct? so my one real question is, are you separating...

Ive got a field that was corn this past year. I want to attepmt to put about an acre plot of ?? in one corner of the field...I may not be able to get equipment to the field to clear all the "stubble" and residue covering the ground so should i attempt to rake this by hand to remove all the chaff...
