Hire an accountant that owns a farm. Thats what I did. Well worth it in my opinion. :drink1: If you rent out your ground you use the 4835 form if you actually are the operator of the farm you use Schedule F form.

Skip, How many acres do you own now? How are the acres split up with timber and tillable and whats the neihboring properties like? How many acres do you think it takes per mature buck? (How close will they tolerate being next to another mature deer?)

I don't think very many if any land owners in my area would do this. They either hunt it themselves (and friends/family) or let someone else hunt it, knowing exactly who is on their land. I can't see to many landowners being ok with not knowing who was using their land.
