    Brassicas

Well, all of my seed is in. Bought 3lbs of the T Raptor hyrid brassica from Welter anyone tried it before (cross between a turnip and rape)? Always fun to try something new. Also purchased my radishes from Cabelas for the first time, was actually on sale thought what the heck.

    plot seeded

Depends what is in the mix. It could be considered "early" as well. If it gets plenty of rain and fertilized well it will do just fine if it is a clover type mix.

Nikon Coyote Special 4-12x40 mounted on Pepr QD

Been awhile, but still have this. Just sitting in box with mount. Scope still retails around $300. Would take $225 for both mount and scope. Again, essentially brand new just mounted to QD mount.

    Tractors

I know how that goes. Luckily I am friends with a few farmers in the area and any time I need something big done I can usually line one up. Still want my own stuff one day.

Clover needed it bad! Was nice to get 2 days of dry weather, more mowing tomorrow! For some reason they are side ways, the phone app and my phone have never gotten along since switching to Android. You get the drift!

I noticed that too. I usually shop local, but have bought small amounts in low poundage from Welter. Hopefully just a web mix up.

    Brassicas

Is everyone getting seed purchased? Not a bad idea to get it now before prices move up. Won't be long and we will be putting it in the ground. I saw fertilizer is still cheap right now too.

I have had good luck with both of the micro cams by Browning, The Strike Force and the Dark Ops.

    Clover

Rained some in SW Iowa today. Here is my rye and frost seeded clover plot. Going to mow one more time then spray the rye. Worked amazing when fall planted the rye really took care of the weeds.

    Ever wonder...

I have no problem with the phones nor do I have problems with napping/relaxing. Yes, you definitely run the risk of missing something, but staying alert for a dark to dark hunt isn't easy for anyone. Regardless, any wild creature (aside from squirrels) survive on their ability to be stealthy...

    Heater bodysuit?

You can't go wrong with either. I was originally going to get the HBS as well, but then like you, got a deal on an IWOM. I have been impressed with it. The worst part is having to take it off and put on! Once in, I don't want back out!
