Skip-absolutely incredible buck and well deserved!!! Ive always been impressed by your hard work, willingness to help others and passion. Always great in life to see hard work rewarded. Great job!!!!
Sorry for the miss. Been there. My 2 cents is that you just missed. Happens and keeps us coming back. I wouldn't over think it. Get back out there. They all even out in time:)
Best broadhead I have used and have had zero issues with it for 7 years on everything moose to whitetails. There really is no weak link with that head and I keep coming back to it.
Thanks Skip! So you think discing or tilling up the brome/clover fields will be better than spray and plant this time of year? Or is there ever an advantage to spraying and drilling in vs tilling/discing up and prepping then planting?
Skip-what do you consider sod? Just curious as have some areas previously unplanted that I may try soon after spraying but most of it is old clover that was burned out. Thanks!
100% agree. Skyline will never hurt you. I killed a Tom Sunday that stayed at 40 yards for almost 3 hours. Then about 1 o'clock came right in. Flap will kill you but other than that its just their mood. I woukd keep moving around and give them different looks but best thing you can do is just...
Killed alot of birds in the rain. As long as its not a sheer downpour they could care less. They often aren't as vocal though. Id find a green field, set up shop and wait as long as you can.
