cant speak for Iowa but ive been in the woods almost every day since halloween and i think the rut is late here. i have been seeing some chasing but still alot of does with fawns and such...just my take....havent seen alot of mature buck movement during the day yet

i had some good action on the 6th between 10 and 1130 with two dinks chasing and a few other does on the move...today was a bust, i have been sitting all day for the last week...the 6th was the best day yet by far...need some cool weather come on 30's
