I agree if i want to see " bucks on the beans" it doesnt get good untill late june thru aug. I think lots of other forage is available in the spring its a smorgasbord for them and mid summer lots of those other plants are past there attractive stage. My 2 cents

It seems last couple of yrs the opposite is possible? Its so dry in our area you can watch rain heading our way and just fizzle out or split around area because its so dry sucks all the moisture right out???

That 120 in moulton i believe i looked at last yr and its west boundary butted up against public hunting im pretty sure 40 acre pc of public . Thats was a deal breaker for me.

On this note .... where do you make the distinction between leasing and outfitting?? I mean if a owner has stands and blinds in place i think its pretty much an " outfitted hunt"? Thus some of these landowners need guides/outfitting licenses????
