To be honest aging won't make her taste like grain fed beef. Why don't you age the rib in a fridge and grind the rest. Personally I'd grind the whole girl. No point in aging hamburger.

I started shooting the blazers because my sons whisker biscuit tore up the normal 4 inch veins. I found they grouped better, especially with a fixed blade broadhead like the Montec. At least that was my observation. BTW, I've never had to use the hair dryer on the blazers.
