    Quartering deer in Iowa?

With CWD this would actually be more logical. The carcuss and CWD stays put rather than being trasported. In the Drurys podcast they talk about this with the MO dnr.

I know a lot of people doing it Ryan. I'm surprised they told you no.

    Ruger American 450 Bushmaster

We take a lot of them off. Makes a huge difference in noise. Get a crescent on the nut and a rod thru the slots. It will break loose but its a bi$$$.

Yes one or the other. Either the cam that is cellular which would be your home or a base cellular.

    Savage MLII Laminated

Disregard my last comment. The ML1 was considered a rifle the MLII is not... Sorry for the confusion. Lol Awesome gun and priced right....

    Savage MLII Laminated

The Savage is considered a rifle and does need FFL paperwork. Just like the Remington Ultimate Muzzleloader.

    XOP sticks

I love the XOPs. They are beefier than my lone wolfs but seem more solid. More spacing from tree. They are longer than lone wolf also. Not sure of what was breaking. I've sold a lot and never had an issue. If you want ultralight i still think lone wolfs are the way to go. I looked at...

Securing Box Binds to Homemade wooden Platforms

Does your banks blind have the steel plate under it. If so just put some 4x4s on, crossbrace 3 sides and build a ladder up the 4th side. Easy peasy. Without the steal base you would build a platform like others posted and just screw through plywood floor inside blind to base.

    Cuddelink

I would buy 4pks of the J series IR cams. Best flash and reasonable priced. $750ish/4pk. Put a solar panel on each of those cams. It will include batteries etc. $60ish/panel. Those cams will be ready to go. Then you need a cell base. I went with a G No-Flash cam but see they will be...

My solar panels face opposite of cams. Cams North, panel South

I think tilt alone should be sufficient. Most of mine are faced N anyway. They do not need to be in direct sunlight.

When I ran just 4 J cams with AA's I got around 45 days for battery life. I figured I could triple that by adding the 6D battery pack. Either way a $50 solar panel eliminates all of this and pays for itself rather quickly. It's my understanding there is a solar upgrade coming soon that will...
