Check eBay, Best Buy, Walmart, etc, somebody sells a pkg that has multiple mounts for different options. I don’t remember where I found mine a few years back but they are out there.

I mentioned the IHAP idea earlier, there’s no reason to shut off the deer hunting tho. Herd management is one of the main reasons for getting the ground opened up. We hunt a good chunk of IHAP ground and the deer circle right back into it. You’re not going to run the deer off by hunting it.

Maybe it has changed then. I’ve never purchased a tag for youth season because I was told that we had to follow the rules for the season it was purchased for. The tag was good for any season but I couldn’t carry a weapon. I will ck with the local officer and see what I’m told now.

Probably some dumb questions here, but; Why do they need a bill? Couldn’t the DNR just add it as an acceptable method of take?

I don’t think the median is part of the “right of way”. Numerous studies have shown that pheasants tend to nest in the ditches though.

The FAQ at the bottom of your link states that there is a jag accessory that attaches to the ram rod. You then shove it back out the muzzle. Sounds simple enough. Another question would be: do you really need to remove the bullet? Remove the charge and you’re safe.
