I did the same comparision last year...same spot, 1 strip of Imperial Whitetail forage oats, 1 strip of Jerry oats, and 1 strip of Plotspike oats, hands down winner was IP forage oats, 2nd place went to Jerry oats, and dead last was plotspike oats...they hardly touched the plotspike oats...so...

they wont compete if the brassicas don't grow...what they are saying is if brassica planting is a failure they will then come back in and plant winter rye mix over same area
