    I'm located in SE MN and just did a plot with winter rye, plot spike oats and ladino clover and we've gotten rain the last two nights on it. Are you saying that it's too early...what happens with the rye?? Gets too tall? What will I have to do to maintain it?

    how deer react to oat fields planted by farmers right now to harvest in August? The fields have normally been sweet corn, beans, or corn, now this year he planted oats and said they will be harvested in august. So what I'm wondering is if the deer will feed in this field during the summer...

    I just "cleaned" up a spot in the woods for a half acre food plot. It is bare dirt right now with some grass/weeds. I sprayed the whole area with roundup. How long do I have to wait before I frost seed clover? And should I broadcast oats as well with the clover seed to help keep weeds down...

    Best Climber tree stands

    Just wondering how many people perfer climber stands, and what is the best brand for the money. Hunting private property, I just thought that rather than buying 8 or 9 portable stands, I could buy one climber and pre-trim 8 or 9 different trees for different wind conditions... what's everyone...
