    Fox Tail?

Spray a light mix of roundup on it. It will brown the clover but it will recover in my experience.

    How loud is your bow?

After standing down range to listen to two buddies bows, I'm of the belief that deer react much more to the arrow vanes than the actual bow. They may flinch from the bow crack, but the vanes are very noisy heading down range. I think it's the continuous down range noise that turns the flinch...

    Top 2 hitlisters....so far

That's what I thought. I didn't see anyone else actually answer that part of the question. It's always much more difficult to judge your own deer too.

I just planted a bean plot on July 5th and it's has already came up. July 15th is our cutoff because a early frost could sting you.

Part of what makes Iowa deer big is the current situation where NR land isn't hunted every year. They are default sanctuaries and a giant benefit to anyone hunting regardless of where you are from. I'm ok with the system Iowa has for NR's. I would argue that the resident laws need changed...

From 13,000 FT- she said yes!!

Congratulations to you and your fiancée. Two tips would be to spend money on your photographer and honeymoon. You won't remember squat from that entire day so great pictures matter and take a full week and go somewhere nice with your wife. I highly recommend some of the couples only resorts...

    Hoyt Carbon Spyder

The brace height won't make a noticeable difference from 30 and closer. Once you start shooting at 40-50 and beyond it will magnify any errors in form.

    Shed wars

That statement was framed around guys running the animals with quads trying to force them to drop the antlers or literally run them to death.

    Huge walleye

That's a walleye that would equal about a 280 inch whitetail. I'd love to see some pictures of her. Hopefully he turned her back....

    Trail cam test

Nothing will hold a candle to the Reconyx RC and HC's for overall performance. The 1 second trigger speed of the new camera is unacceptable period and the reason I haven't bought a new one yet. I'm not spending 600.00 to get blanks and rear end pictures. A Reconyx will not false trigger...

    Kansas Unit 15

extremely good states, but that unit offers a legitimate opportunity to see a 200 inch whitetail.
