I'm gonna be hunting out of a new blind and am wondering about the screens. Ideally I would like to keep the screens up but wasn't sure about shot accuracy. Also, Am using Rage 2 blades in the stand. Will have to get some fixed blades to shoot thru?

Sat all day yesterday and the only movement was in the AM. Saw 3 bucks and 2 does. The doe was with her fawn and was being chased by a small basket rack. 150 buck was cruising at first light, Not responding to calls. Keokuk county.

I've have a cam set up in keokuk county as well that's been out for a month or so. I wonder if I've got any kitty pics. I got some bobcat pics last year.

I've brushed in a blind in a similar situation. Helps if you know where they cross the fence or main travel route.

I'm with you Liv. There isn't a lot that I can think of to tell. In the end the majority of people are non hunters and money talks. But the deer numbers have been trending downward. How bout lower the speed limit to 35 so there are more deer alive to hunt.

Maybe you could put that 1/2 into corn and leave it standing all winter? Plant in the spring and let 'er grow till hunting season.
